How's it work?
DirectAirNet installs a special antenna on your building
and aims it toward one of our towers. Then we run a cable from the
antenna to your Computer. That's how simple it is!
Equipment
DirectAirNet leases you the antenna
and equipment needed to get a connection while you are
one of are customers. This means that you don't have to worry about
maintaining equipment you aren't familiar with -- we will maintain all of our
equipment. Additionally, you don't have to worry about costly expense of keeping
up with technology because you won't need to go out and buy new equipment
to stay connected later on. The best part is that the lease is already included at
no additional charge!
E-mail
DirectAirNet provides up to 4 e-mail accounts for basic
service. Now everyone can have their own e-mail address! *We provide an
anti-virus protection on our server that will scan all incoming and outgoing
e-mail. **This will help protect your computer from the ever-emerging threat of
e-mail viruses. We also provide a spam filter that will give you a couple of
options that will meet your needs! The Spam Filter can Mark the e-mail as spam
or move it to an online folder where you can view the message at your
convenience. Best of all, our filter can automatically remove the spam messages for you after a
few days if you don't want to bother with them at all! You can also check your
e-mail or send messages while you travel through our powerful Web
Interface.
Testing your Area
DirectAirNet conducts a site survey
before doing any install. This is where a Technician comes to your place
to check the service in your area and the quality of the service. If the
Technician finds that there is a poor signal or other problems, it is our policy not to recommend the install. This
way DirectAirNet is able to make sure that if you hook-up with us we are able to
